Got my car repaired there through my insurance and was surprised by how much they looked after us, great staff always assisted on the phone and was very friendly when they delivered my vehicle. They gave me warranty for my repair as well and repaired my alloys for free as an extra!!. My insurance company wasn’t even as helpful and I don’t even pay them for a service.

Last year my 17yo car broke down just round the corner from this garage, which I never dealt with before. The car just about made it outside the garage while accompanied by the roadside assistance van. They took into into the workshop (pushed it), fixed a faulty alternator and a wiring problem and charged me very reasonably. I could not take the car anywhere else, so they could have easily overcharged but they did not. On another occasion they helped diagnose the cause of a dashboard warning light, which originated from the auto gearbox. They showed me the gearbox leak while the car was lifted and advised me of potential cost to fix, and also advised me that fixing the gearbox fully is likely to be uneconomic for the age of the car. They only charged a small.amount for the computer diagnostics, but for lifting the car and inspecting it and explaining the options there was no charge. I found them very skilled, reliable and pleasant people to deal with.

Had Groupon voucher- though this mot was discounted it came with a high level of service and quality to match and exceed garages around. Though my car clearly passed my mot I was well informed and educated in what was was happening with my car and what I need to look out for and also the reasons why... straight to the point , no hassle .. as it's a small operation Eddie provided that personal touch . will go back if any issues with my car
