The worst GP wouldn’t even rate it 1 star. I highly do not recommend this place. Unprofessional doctors and do not take their job serious. I understand we’re in a pandemic but they have always been unprofessional and unserious. I always have to chase them to do the right thing but yet they still fail to do the right thing. I do not recommend this place. Doctors will promise you something and not stick to what they have said. Doctor even missed my appointment which I was waiting for..

This GP is amazing, very friendly, efficient staff and welcoming atmosphere, patients get seen to quickly, easy access to appointments on telephone and online.

So disappointed with the service... its so difficult to get through via phone, literally holding for 15 to 20 mins. Reception staff are rude. Not to mention no follow up in this pandemic for diabetic patients

In my experience the receptionists are always helpful and clearly explains the process, appointments have started on time or within a few minutes and the nurse and doctor have been efficient. No complaints at all so far.
