Awful and very rude manager. Had an issue with a DHL parcel which Rymans was responsible for. The manager refused to listen to me, refused to acknowledge responsibility and did not help.The staff are always miserable. Very unprofessional and showed a lack of knowledge with their services.Awful experience, wont be going back.

Hayleigh is just excellent ,gentle and patient, very respecful,i really like her,I feel so at home anytime I go there to do DHL. She's got this calmness around her that makes loads of difference, the other girls are nice as well. I love all of them there!

Was told I'd be charged 2 in order to photocopy a couple of pages from my USB! The assistant (dressed in a Pokemon outfit) was sarcastic and rude when I said that this was extortionate. She continued to be rude even as I was leaving the shop! I use Rhymans a lot due to being a Graphic Designer. I also buy my children's school stationery from there too. I will never go there again! Not just because of the charge but because of the rudeness of the assistant! Disgraceful! I left one star rating as I was unable to continue without doing so. Rhymans at St Georges Harrow HA1.
The Manager at Harrow branch Jane Flechter was very rude and loud . Even when as customer requested her to speak normally , she kept on being loud to me . She let me feel that she don’t need my custom. Very poor service and I don’t think she deserves to be Manager - No people skills
