I went for the 1st time at SAKS Harrow for my daughter's haircut. I am so impressed with April ( Stylist name ). She did such a excellent job. I booked it for my haircut with her too now. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED :)

Nice relaxed ambience. Maria gave me a really good haircut, which is easy for me to manage at home. It still looks good a month later. Plus, one of the beauticians shaped and tinted my eyebrows, perfectly. I do rreccomend. Saks in Harrow.
They initially told me additional 30 will be charged for new customer (in addition to my other hair treatment) for hair cut, wash and dry blow but after i have added this service and came for it, the hairdresser told me they could only trim my hair and not hair cut. If this is so, i wont have used their service. When making payment, they said machine broken and i paid 65 cash and told her will withdraw the rest from machine, she asked me to leave my mobile with her. No customer care at all! My first time to this salona n the last time.
I had my hair cut and highlighted a few days ago at Saks by Marie and I absolutely love my new hair style!! I was open to suggestions and followed Marie's advise, and I'm pleased to say that she's done a fab job! I found all the staff in the salon to be really friendly and helpful. The girl who washed my hair also did a lovely job. I would definitely recommend the salon and I will be going back the next time my hair needs doing. Thanks again Marie
Have just had another wonderful facial and massage by Mina ,she's always so friendly and helpful. Will be back on Saturday for a manicure with Emily, everyone at this salon make you feel welcome and looked after. Would recommend to anyone.
I have been going to Saks for the last few years. Great atmosphere. Staff are very friendly, professional and does a very good job. Zamena does my facial and I love it. Will continue going there.
Disappointed as extremely terrible value for money. 26 for upper lips and half arm. Overpriced considering that my usual bill (at another salon) comes to the same amount and includes full arms, half legs, upper lips, and back neck. Paid for convenience, however service provided was polite but not professional. The assistant waxing burnt my upper lips (only noticed a day after), and my wrist.
I had my hair cut and blow-dried today by the manager and the whole experience was lovely. She was really friendly and welcoming (not all salons are like this!) and more importantly took the time to ask me questions and understand what I wanted before starting anything. Really impressed and so pleased I've found somewhere local with experienced and knowledgeable people that I can trust. I'm already thinking of going back for a colour.
