Our experience at Karak lounge started off great. We received great service from 1 individual. However, after he left everything went down hill. We ordered a few items on the menu. Unfortunately, items were missing and the quality of the food was just satisfactory. We ordered desserts (waffles and ice cream) and had to chase up on them 3 times. We were told that the manager is on his way and he will bring the desserts with him? We also ordered Karak chai. Even though there were hardly any customers, the waffles came 1 hour and 20 minutes later and we received them cold. The karak chai which followed tasted absolutely rank. When we recieved our bill we asked the waitress to remove the service charge. She reacted as if we were asking to have the whole bill removed. She said " Sir, service charge is compulsary and it cannot be removed" luckily, we knew our rights and had it removed immediately. As we were leaving, we received bitternes from the manager and staff members.

At the first moment you come to this restaurant the waiters give you a good feeling. Very hospitable crew, it is a happy place to go out with your friends or with your date. tasty cooking, professional chef de cuisine, comfortable price and courteous service. Warmly recommended.

Very good store for indian food , well displayed items , this store also has fresh meat and fresh fish counters , a separate chilled room for green vegetables, eastern and south indian food lovers must visit , big pay and display car park right in front of the store , ( currently occupied by covid test centre

Went for a party here. No big deal, really. Nothing really stands out. The environment feels rather dark and drab. They do have an outside, covered area, where a lot of people congregate for hookah and shisha; that seems to be quite popular here.

Very neat and accessible restaurant. They serve large meals and for fair rates. I liked the meals a lot and the staff were very attentive and informative. Recommended.

The staff OMG. So contributing. Excellent. They provided every thing we needed. Funny and very very welcoming. Made us feel warm. Something thats is VERY rare. Owned by a lady and her "slim" partner (private joke) funny and very very under rated. 1st visit and they made every customer feel a big contribution towards their turn over. Visiting this place is a must.

Food was fine but my "mild" curry was very spicy and my girlfriends "medium" curry had no spice. Starters were nice, but they gave us an "old menu" so when the bill came we were charged more than we were advertised. The waitress seemed nice and admitted she should have mentioned it, but we would much rather have had them immediately offer to change the bill, not just give an "oopsie". She also mentioned that she didn't add the usual included service charge- this is one thing which can send a Michelin restaurant to a 1* review for me. At the risk of being overcharged and also charged for service regardless of how we feel, we won't be going back.
