I would actually ecommend\ this lettings agents so others can experience the poor service themselves and leave the deserved reviews/stars because a 3.4star overall rating is still too much for their guality. Long story short, put an offer for a property which I was even recommended for by ex-tenants, kept getting delayed just so they can do more viewings hence hoping for a better offer. Edit : With better communication we managed to sort the misunderstandings and differences and I have to admit that I was wrong in saying there was no effort from agent's side. The fact that they committed into listening to my statement of dissatisfaction it is enough to change my point of view regarding their work.

I've rented a property with Salter McGunness for 4 years now and just renewed for the 5th year. They have been nothing but extremely helpful and efficient. Daren in particular has been a gem and I've never had to make more than 1 phone call to get renewal done. Jil in property management is a star too, she sorts things about ASAP and always keeps us informed. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for an efficient and on the ball letting agent to use Salter McGuiness
Do not deal with these people, talking about rentals, if you do you will have the following: -rent increase on renewals with no reason -sorting out things by yourself using your own budget -empty promises when things go wrong -incompetent property management -Daren Lerner head of lettings, telling you to go back to your f...ed up country if you don't like things /Europe by the way/ also this \great\ man reserves the right to use abusive and threatening language while talking to your wife -terrible Landlord - Shah -visiting his property without any notice, using the spare keys without knocking on doors, 27 Paxford Road, HA03 Wembley -74 locked up, dead pigeons in your loft living with you for weeks ..............so much more to say Any more info get in touch, all evidence available happy to help
