I could have given out a five as the staff appeared friendly and competent but, they knowingly sold me a defected pair of shoes and when I returned it for exchange, I asked whether they would still sell the defected pair and the answer was Oh Yes. They knowing and annoyingly sent me home with a faulty pair, wasted my time while I could have been caring for patients. Disgusted and fear for the next customer who gets the black air-cool sketcher.

If I could give 0/5 stars I would. Went to this Harrow store this past Saturday morning (7/12) with my family hoping to buy some shoes. We were not greeted or acknowledged by a member of staff, but was instead followed around the store. He then proceeded to greet the next customer that entered the store and we abruptly left, as we decided not to patronise stores where we feel disrespected by staff, essentially driving away possible sales.

Terrible service. Man with the blue hair saw us walk into the shop, said nothing to us (although we were the only ones in store) but greeted the next customer as they walked in. Absolutely would not recommend. Avoid!

Very helpful staff I was looking at some shoes that I really liked and they will help me out with them the sizes they had a nice lady I kind of what I was now but she's really nice and I will have to pay for a nice man and there is really nice well and everything else just really good that's really nice place from shoes quite expensive on expensive side that's what I got to say and we'll have comfort as well so that's not too bad
