I am shocked to see that this place averages four stars as it indicated to me that there's a lot of fake reviews. I went here one night about 8pm and was greeted by an unfriendly male, ordered two chicken burgers and some chicken wings. The wings were cold hard and you could tell they had been sat there since the morning if not earlier. The chicken burgers were steak burgers which I was shocked with. Food was terrible and I came out feeling as if I had tortured my body by taking some bites. I got the wings refunded in the end but had reluctantly consumed 1/4 burger so took the hit on that.

Great tasting food, had the steak and the fry free chicken. Tastes fresher than the usual fried food shops and not being fried is a healthy bonus! (It's hard to tell that it's not fried)! The place has classy modern decor and the prices are as good as the local fast food places!

Awful service i ordered non spicy chicken fillet buger they give me spicy chicken grilled burger which was a left over and wasn't fresh. I have been going to this place previously it was great since the staff has changed the service and quality of food has horribly dropped. You thought you saved a burger brother? No, you lost a loyal customer will never go there again!

Hi I really like this shop’s burgers but now the chips are getting harder not fresh like before. The reason I am going to give two star today is that, today 12/10/20 3:20 Pm, when I went to collect my burgers two Afghan workers were there, one of them( skinny )tried to flirt by asking several times whether I am Afghan or Arab. Though I was refusing to answer cause it is not part of serving food, he keeps asking the same questions again and again and talking with different language to make sure what language do I speak. The other worker told him no she is Afghan without knowing my ethnicity. His job was to remind his colleague that it’s not part of his job to ask these personal questions. I want to complain about them As they don’t know how to serve the customer. The other day, the skinny guy gave wrong money and didn’t know how much was the price of the meal. I am shocked why they are working in the shop before training customer service. I hope it won’t happen again.

Great healthy alternate for typical fried chicken shops. Tried the fried free chicken wings today and enjoyed a lot. Modern decor and professional staff, strongly recommend. Also great location as very near to Harrow town centre. They also serve grilled burgers and falafel wraps. #halal
