I have started using Harrow Service Centre since June this year when my car service was due. Recently I had a fault on my car and as the message showed something to do with the DPF I was advised to take it to a garage that has the DPF cleaning facility. The garage I took my car to did not sound confident and were not able to pin point the fault this was after a week of having my car in their workshop. I gave a call to Nimesh Patel of Harrow Service Centre who told me to bring the car to his garage and within a couple of hours or dropping the car Nimesh called me with what the fault was was and how he would get it rectified with a clear timeframe of when I will get my car back. This is absolutely important to me being self employed and need my car. Harrow Service Centre completed the job ahead of schedule and put me back on the road. An brilliant no frills service and very transparent in the costs. I highly recommend their service.

Needing an MOT and change of brake fluid in lockdown my BMW main agent could not pick up my car to do the work. Harrow Service Centre did everything I required with smooth efficiency and helpful telephone contact to keep me informed. When I needed a minor repair 6 weeks later the car was collected again. The work was discussed and agreed by telephone. The car was brought back by a cheerful driver a day later with a full description of what had been done. All was completed as promised at a reasonable price.
