After ringing several companies, I began to give up hope. Then i stumbled across this website with online prices and easy instructions on how to proceed, no phone calls, just send your template and details of radiator you want and they call you for payment and send it out couple weeks later. 1m single panel. Excellent service, speed (delivered 3 working days from order), securely wrapped, phone advice on measurement submission (I then cut a length of wood to size and measured the offsets (heights per the website) with a square and put the results into an online arc calculator to check. Now ready for plumber to run the pipes. Couldn't be happier.

Offered a good price and radiator did arrive when they said it would and looks like it will fit bay window well. However on opening the package the radiator itself was damaged on both ends. Contacted company about what they could do was told they would only send out touch up paint and not replace damaged radiator. Never recieved touch up paint eith and gave up chasing for it to be sent and resolved issue myself. Wouldnt recommend.

We had been putting the purchase off due to price, but glad we did it. Shiv did a great job and made the whole process very simple, we just had to do the template. Delivery was excellent and when we came to fitting noticed it even took in account of out walls slight drift out at the right end. Highly recommended.

Very helpful company to deal with. Placed an order for two curved radiators a week before Xmas and they were delivered in the first week of the New Year. I fitted them myself without much trouble, although it is easier with two people, as being curved, the rad wants to tip over rather than staying vertical. I had submitted the template info online, but it pays to take time to make sure the measurements are correct. Being single radiators without a top grille probably helped when installing, as there is some flexibility to compensate for minor misalignment. The rads look good and have cured the under-bay cold spots.
