Many could issue a quotation and deliver subsequently based on that but a perfectionist like myself looks at other factors too. I felt lucky contracting them as they went the extra mile to fine tune the solution I had in mind for my project making me aware of design details that matter on the long run, adding product features that improve the durability without adding much to the cost and last but not least delivering my order few days earlier than estimated which was a first for me.
