The most unprofessional and obnoxious experience I've ever had with an estate agent. Shez's behaviour was appalling. He had no interest in showing us the home or any of the rooms. He literally stood there in silence whilst my sister and I looked around. He didn't explain anything or offer any kind of help apart from unwanted sarcastic comments. He was dressed very unprofessionally and acted extremely unprofessionally. Big disappointment, he made us lose all potential interest in the home. Also, the fact that a few reviews down, he had pretended to be a 'customer' and written an essay of fabrications claiming Squires is so wonderful, says everything you need to know!
