I thought it was worth writing a positive review to comment how this practice has really improved in recent years. I have seen a bad review from someone who doesn't seem to understand that you should probably go to A&E for any emergency and not a GP. I think this Practice may have had a difficult period during the transitioning of ownership a few years back. However, all of my recent experiences, and those of my wider family, have been really positive. You just have to get used to their online system, and rules regarding calling hours, and once you are you should find access to doctors and nurses fairly efficient. Waiting times to be registered and to see doctors has reduced. All staff i have dealt with are friendly and understanding.

There is nothing more that I can say other than, I am disappointed. The receptionists are rude and the service is appalling! I was asked by my doctor to get a celiac disease blood test - today a nurse has REFUSED to do it because I had a blood test done a couple weeks ago and it covered celiac disease. I tired explaining to her how I was not eating gluten at the time, that is why my doctor has requested for me to eat gluten and take the test 3 weeks later. I put myself through a lot of stomach pain to eat gluten for 3 weeks! All for a nurse to refuse to do a blood test! I have never heard of anything so bizarre - for a nurse to undermine the doctor!

Have no clue why I am registered with this GP as I have never got to see a doctor they always refer me somewhere else as they fully booked. I have tried to call them since 8.30 am second to second and lines where busy forever. My husband got to GP at 9.20 am to find out that they are fully booked. Moreover I have baby who is sick and not able to be put as priority. They always refer me to walk in clinics where waiting time is more then 3 h and that's just impossible with very little baby. And that happened on many occasions. Going to change my GP

I have always found staff, clinical and administrative very helpful. The architecture of the practice is also very interesting given its grafted into a church building.
