Coffee was okay but Staff treated me social-wise quite cold and made me feel unwelcome as i went to go study. I went to go ask for a tissue and was met with "YOU ONLY HAVE 1 HOUR TO STAY!" if staying in and not going for take-out be prepared to hear this, not in a friendly way btw.

So the girl at the cashier was so so kind, we ordered a small one of the strawberry and cream frappachino and we requested for extra cream, she offered us a medium cup with no extra charges and extraaaa creammm, she was so kind, and the frappachino was soooo good todayyy omg it was so good, a lady made it, it was so good, like soo good. Would give it a BIGGGG FIVE STARS!

My 1st time here today. I liked the ambience and the staff were really nice. Except for 1 staff member who was having a go at a customer sitting onnher ipad. I'm not sure if this customer did order anything or if she was just using the space. It wasn't very busy though, but even if she was just using the space I didnt feel it was right to shout at her in front of many other customers. The staff member could have politely gone to her or discreetly told her whatever the issue was rather shouting and making her feel embarrassed..

TERRIBLE the workers weren't wearing gloves n only two were wearing mask and I had to repeat myself for 3 times for the lady to take in my order. The drinks were good though.
