Have been with the surgery for 14 year. Never had any problems getting appointment. In this current crisis, was given telephone consultation first and same day appointment was given for my concerns. Keep up the good work all the doctors and all the great front desk staff and the team. Thanks once again.

Awful surgery, they ask you to book over the phone the night before but they never have appointments for the next day. You may get appointment 2 weeks away as if your body is going to tell you in advance that you are ill. They just can't be bothered here.

very poor service ever i got last time. she is very rood to me over the phone and at the end she disconnect the phone line.

Please do no register here due to ongoing issues, such as they reject medical treatment to patients, booking an appointment take days or longer. Unprofessional and rude reception along with an unskilled manager who seems to find lying a normal habit just to cover her mistakes. Yes they note lies on your personal record just to cover up, please be aware. This clinic is not a place where you can safely go to as a family. Today, I registered my entire family at another surgery.
