Tony and Louise are absolutely fantastic! I called on a Sunday afternoon after coming across their website, Louise was incredibly warm, friendly and helpful on the phone. To my delight, they were able to come out he next day (and for a very reasonable fee); Tony scanned the car for errors and provided me with the full report and gave me the benefit of his knowledge and an instant quote. The parts were ordered instantly and fitted the next day whilst I was at work, very convenient! The car has been running fantastically ever since and I’m delighted with the quality of the work. Just called to ask if they could change the heat resistor on my car. Not only was she clueless but she wanted very much to demonstrate the muscles of her superpower...being rude. Well done rude lady. Now any other superpowers?, hmmm like ... maybe a bit of professionalism? Let me give you a bit of a 101 lesson on how to speak with customers over the phone: Hello this is....( name of company) my name is... ( you say your name). How can I help? If you don't understand the customer request, 1. You don't say what?! is an annoyed voice. 2 if you're unhappy don't take out on customers or people( seek professional help). 3 ask for help from another colleague and excuse yourself. Oh...why do I bother... i bet you always have an excuse in everything in your life... everyone else is the problem but you.... Update: after my review the lady decided to text me using wrongfully customer data to insult me... As predicted... anyway rude lady you are now reported to the police and relevant authorities. And all because you haven't eaten a good dose of humility in your life.
I phoned around to many places and found T C to be best price. I spoke to the mechanic he went through what parts he will buy and even showed me the evidence. When he came to replace my disks and brakes he actually mentioned that my disk don't need changing for at least another year but I insisted. I could have watched over him, which he was happy for me to do, but he was honest and after job was done he went through it with me step by step. I would without a doubt recommend T C and use them again because I got the job checked out and it came out that Tony did a remarkable job, A class.
Genuine, and honest mechanics. Very experienced and kept me updated throughout the repairs. I would highly recommend these guys, and definitely use them again.
Really knowledgeable mechanic, Punctual, efficient, polite, patient and a quick worker to boot! Will always use him in future. Mecahnically speaking, he walks on water!
I have Nissan Micra R reg The CV joints were making a knocking sound I bought the parts and the machanic came and put them on. He check the front berrings and bushes all ok Very honest guy will use again. Sent me an invoice for work done Excellent job all working well Jonathan
Tony is very conscientious, hard-working and punctual. He replaced a broken steering cooler and piping on my Mazda 6 which proved quite tricky as the hoses that came with the replacement kit weren't suitable. Tony sourced the new hoses and all is well. Highly recommended.
Really helpful. Replaced the battery and then went above and beyond and did an extra health check on the car. Great service.
