Felt welcomed as soon as I walked and didn’t know how to use any of the equipment the lady was very helpful and showed me how to use some. It’s not too busy and most machines are free. You do have to bring your own padlock for the locker and instead of inserting a pound like other gyms

It is one of the best gyms around. They have Matrix equipment, which is considered best in the industry and the good thing is that all equipment (cardio and strength) are in good shape and well maintained. Its a very spacious gym with two floors for cardio, a good spacious strength equipment area and separate sections.
Worst customer service I have ever received. Could not freeze my membership due to issues on their end, it charged me, Been fighting for a refund for ages instructing to freeze my account for me, and 2 months later they are still charging me for a frozen account! Originally had not been there for a couple months due to health reasons, if you add up how much they have taken from me without my consent is 100 Absolutely ridiculous. Avoid with all certainty, go to a different gym company. Edit: after COVID restrictions eased they did the exact same thing, gave insufficient notice and took my money again from my account without consent, with no regard for people's situations and being unable to return to the gym, They have taken money for a service I have not been using and will not use again. DO NOT USE THIS THIEVING COMPANY.

Worst gym experience ever!! as a company, The Gym is really unprofessional and has very poor customer service. If you have any problem, they won't even try to resolve it. If you have a complaint, they won't take it seriously. Not recommend to anyone
