Very disappointing service. I approached a person who was slouched over the counter to idle to stand-up and asked for a tape measure to measure the leg of an over trouser garment. I was handed the tape measure and was told by the person they did not know how to do it. They slouched back over the counter. RIP high street retail. Is it the internet or the staff that the owners trust to be the culture of the company which drives sales away ?? I'd like to give no stars to represent no service. Yes sale prices are good - they need to be so you overlook the in-store experience. Take a leaf out of Superdry.

i had a really really bad, almost disgusting experience today at this place, a lady wearing a nose ring and short haircut, serving in the evening around 17:00 was extremly rude and racist. she was playing with her mobile phone in the counter and when i took the jacket to her and asked how much is the price for this jacket can you please have a look , since the price tag was missing. Her reply to me was IT'S A LOT and kept playing with her phone and avoided me...

About 2 months ago, we were shopping in trespass to buy Fleece for us in winter. We hadn't made our decision of which one to buy when one of the lady staffs came and just put the fleeces to back where they were in front of us. My cousin told her that we were not done looking but the rude staff didn't even say a word and just left. Finally we bought 2 fleeces and she was on the till. I really didn't like to buy them when I saw her in the till anyway the products are very nice. I love Trespass but the staffs should at least learn how to respect their customers and people.
