Terrible experience. I have ordered a couple of windows two months ago, Jason the owner came in to my property to take measurements and provide a free estimate, following day I agree to pay half the quote as deposit, but due to covid-19 the manufacturer cl;osed down. So instead of two weeks, we could be waiting for the windows for over 3 months, so we decided to cancel the order within the 14 day cooling off period. That's when I was told by Jason that he would not return my deposit back, because he already started the works (false). He started to be very aggressive over the phone and I had to start dealing with the problem via email. He end up transferring me majority of the deposit but he still keeps 100 with him, claiming that is the cost of the quote. We never agreed that the quote would have a cost. He actually advertises that the quotes are free in his website. I am now starting a court action against this business to recover all my deposit I just want to let everyone know, this isn't a reliable company to deal with. AVOID this business.
