Beautiful brand new homes at first glance, but don't ever expect any type of warranty work to be covered or for the beauty to last long as they use only the cheapest products possible. They sell homes with furnaces that aren't designed for our Northern climate and then tell you to contact the furnace manufacturer for help with the design flaw as its not Hart Modulars problem (weird I only see Hart Modular on the bill of sale). Complete pass the buck on everything and anything related to after purchase warranty care, hell stuff damaged in transit from kelowna factory to PG still not fixed over a year ago. I'd recommend going elsewhere for a new modular house, it can't be any worse service. - bathroom fan that you can't turn off unless you disconnect power to it. -window blind pull strings already worn through ready to break - furnace that isn't designed for Northern winters and shuts down when it gets past a certain negative temperature level. Easily fixable by a furnace man but hart modular won't fix it because they claim its the manufacturers responsibility and are waiting for manufacturer to fix problem. Had to call service man and pay out of pocket to get furnace back running last winter, I imagine same will happen this winter. - wall damage and door damage from Initial transport from kelowna to PG over a year ago still not fixed. - corner wall moldings poorly nailed/fastened into wall and 4-5 falling out or have fallen off. - linoleum so thin that moving furniture around caused a tear. - floating linoleum as they dont glue it down for some reason. Oh and we think they may have missed a vent hole as it floats when the furnace kicks in for heat. I'm sure there are more issues I just can't thi k of them all right now. But after a year of complaining to Barb (I think is her name) their service man has come once and adjusted the outside stairs so they were flat and pressure washed the outside for the dirt from the initial highway transport to PG.
