Ask for Bob Hahn!! He is the absolute best. He was very friendly and very eager to answer any questions that we had. Great personality, did not pressure us into anything, and was just a overall pleasure to work with. We left with a wonderful car and a huge smile on our faces. Also a big Thanks to everyone else, Karen, Carmen, and the wonderful lady at the front desk who always made sure we were being taken cared of. This place really just made us feel so welcomed the second we walked through the door. Thank you again Bob! We will definitely come back to you and will send more buyers your way!

Be careful with this dealer, they will swap your spare tires. The service wasn't good when I tried to get them back they would make up an excuse and start an argument and fixing the rims, they could have done a better job since they cost so much. They are thefts and I won't be returning ever again and once again be careful with this place.

I brought my 2017 QX50 in for an oil change and to address two issues identified at my last visit as well as a couple of questions I had. Phil Whiteway handled my visit. Everything went smoothly. I had my rear brakes serviced and found out the condition of my front brakes. I had my power steering fluid exchange done and my tires evaluated. Phil showed me possible tire replacements and an estimate of the cost. The waiting room was comfortable. My car was washed and ready on time. Phil answered all my questions and explained what I could expect going forward. I've been going to Harte Infiniti for most of the last 17 years.

I was Sold a CPO AWD G50 with 2 totally different front tires. Confronted HARTE and was called a liar and that I had changed the tire. I have picture of the car on Harte's lot when I bought it, a Pirelli and Goodyear tire on front. Harte said that was not my car but I have the same mismatched tires on my car now. Pictures shows tires perfectly!!

I was in market for full size SUV and I was considering 1) Audi Q7 2) Acura MDX and, not so favorite 3) Infinity QX60. I met Hasham Chaudhry (sales manager) at my work place and he invited me to the Harte Infinity. I went the showroom , checked out the car which was impressive but more impressive was their customer service. I am not the guy you could sell things easily but their customer service is beyond excellent which made me reconsider my options and eventually, I buy Infinity QX60. If Hasham and Rob weren’t working at this place, I would not have bought this car. Thank you Harte Infinity, Hasham and Rob for my new ride
