What a lovely business to buy from. Alan really helpful after finding a fabric by fluke on this website I desperately needed more of and couldn't find anywhere else. Whilst there I also found another fabric I've been trying to find. I filled in an online request form at 10pm and he replied almost immediately. (I have a habit of finding websites then losing them again). I then made a mistake with the order delivery method which they sorted quickly. The fabric arrived within two days and was folded and wrapped well and tied with a bow . I will definitely be using again. Small businesses with this level of service deserve our support.

This is the second time I have shopped with Alan Teather Quilting and as with the first time I was not disappointed. I had sent him a sample of batting that I had been unable to source locally. Firstly he called me as soon as he received my sample and although unable to match it sent me the closest available by return post, together with a load of samples for future reference. Super helpful, friendly service - I really felt my needs were important and that I was valued as a customer, which I find rarely these days. I would not hesitate to recommend this company . Thank you .

Absolutely fantastic service from Alan! Queries were answered promptly and he went out of his way to be as helpful as he could be, even hand delivering my order as I only lived about 20 mins away. Fantastic good old fashioned customer service. Highly recommended.

Rang today, regarding long arm quilting for one of my quilt tops and backing. After a great discussion agreed to go ahead. Ordered more fabric (as you do when you're a quilter). Alan and Amanda collected the quilt top and backing from my home, discussed pattern for long arming, delivered my fabric and brought a fabulous wholecloth quilt for me to see. This all took place on the same day! Fabulous service, fabulous people!
