Was taught first aid by Kelly and medicine management by Katherine. They are fun, clever and know their stuff! All of us on the courses felt we took more away due to their 'unorthodox' and delightfully warm teaching styles. Would highly recommend! Thank you ATS

I booked on a CET 4 (Certificate in Education &a Training Course). I had put a lot of work into my course work and was three quarters complete. My course tutor was changed at this point. This is where their lack of interest in my course deteriorated and my motivation to complete the course was no more. I was sent away with a few words to write (I could have done it there and then during our meeting), no one in a period of 4 months called me to see how I was doing or when to book me in for my next meeting. This I found very demotivating and so unprofessional. When I emailed my concerns, the course tutor had no idea where I was upto, no notes in my file. A complete waste of time management, work ethics and professionalism. I so wanted to get this course complete and certified. More annoying, my initial course tutor and director of the company didn't even call me to try and remedy the situation. This in turn reinforces the fact they wasn't bothered after all, they still get paid by the funding agency. Would Inuse this company again? No, there will be other companies who will value you as their student, what ever the subject. Adrian Paul.
