Staff are friendly and helpful on the whole. Most things are regularly in stock despite covid restrictions with only the odd few empty shelves now and again, parking is usually easy with a competitive petrol station on site, and cash points easily accessible (including out of hours) and rarely out of service. The store has done it's best to facilitate a sensible social distancing system, a real shame some customers disregard all this and flout the protections that are meant to keep us all safer and prevent further future lockdowns! Only real gripe are the self service checkouts, always a few out of service and if you pay cash be prepared to receive any and all change in coppers and five pence pieces....... infuriating?!

The staff are very helpful and there's a variety of things all reasonablely priced.
I just love the fact it's open 24hrs on weekdays. Its a Super Store conveniently located opposite Hartlepool Marina and Navy Museum. A petrol station Asda is also located just by the side. ATMs are available from Barclays Bank. A cafe is open during day time. Fish Monger is not available after 9pm. Vehicle's parking to other high street shops are nearby and walkable distance from Asda Super Store. Overall it's a beautiful set up.
