Don't do it!! Too easy to sign many years away buying something from this shop. Designed to lure you in. Staff are like vultures and only there to make money - off you. Prices seem fair but look at the final figure. Get a loan elsewhere if you really need something or better still do without, save and buy elsewhere with cash. You do not need brand new goods.

Looking at reviews I’d say some are justified but some are well far from the mark. My local store is staffed by really friendly knowledgable staff ,I was in their over an hour looking at different couches, which every time she tried to order they had been pinched by another store, eventually found one, and at no time was she irritated or did her attitude change.even when out and about I get a hello from the staff when noticed. Yes all sales staff try to sell you something....it’s their job duh!...but I’ve never been pestered ,yes I’ve been asked, but when I’ve said no, that was the end of the matter. Any problems with anything not turning up was queried and sorted, never missed a payment so don’t know about problems that way. Bright house was really expensive, even when I joined, as it was then known as crazy George’s it was no different,but now it is a lot better than it was ,it’s a great help for people who need something desperately who can’t afford in a lump sum, it’s their business model and they do have to make a profit, people need to realise that,if it’s not you for then good....but if it is like it’s been for me then I have no problems It would have been a 5 but for one thing ,the social network ie Facebook team are rude ,downright disrespectful and delete any posts that are critical and ban you from posting on their page if it’s not for their liking, like they did me, when I complained about 4 year terms they introduced at the time. I will continue to shop their as long as they are still going,the girls at Hartlepool are a credit to the company

You are advertising things online that are not available if it's a national advert you might want to think of doing regional adverts . I wanted the L G blu Ray player and sound system that you are advertising on your web sight . Filled in the forms made an appointment to go to the store in Hartlepool only to be told oh we cannot get this . Not a happy bunny

the staff are so rude everytime yougo inonly 1 till open and there only ever 1/2people on the floor my laptop broke one person turned round said no you cant send it back its only got 14weeks left what!!!! i pay weekin week out never been later on payment i went in again and has a different ladie and she said yeah bring it in she was lovely.... my bill about 40i week i will never ever buy anything again and will never tellfriends to go there !!!!!!
