The staff member who supposedly tried to help us was no help whatsoever she had no personality and every question we asked her she gave me a one word answer and walked off so I had to shout her back again in order to ask her another question... then again as soon as I asked her the question she walked away. There was no one else about to ask so I had to ask her...... curry's lost a sale of a laptop that day as I usually always use them if I can get said item there....but because of her even if you had the laptop i wanted i would have walked away it was so annoying and wrong the way she went on. I never do anything like that to a customer. I make them feel comfortable and I let them know that I'm confident in what I'm talking about ...even have a little giggle with them as its stressful enough trying to buy something that is the right fit for you or for you and your family. You don't ever just walk away from a customer when they are asking you questions and if you don't know a certain answer then you get a colleague who can assist you...again you don't just walk away. That customer has come in your store to spend their hard earned money on something. When I was working I used to have the customer walking out of the place I worked with a smile on their faces and 9 times out of 10 the product that they wanted. That lady who works at curry's in hartlepool had no personality and no customer service at all so because of her curry's lost a sale......and when I go back in January to buy a new television if its her who tries to help me out again then curry's will lose another sale

Currys varies depending on the size of shop and location. This retail unit is quite small and didn't have a lot of stock. The best thing about the store is that the staff did not hassle me at all. There is usually more staff than customers in Currys PC World and they constantly ask if they can help and try to give advice. If I want to know anything I can ask. The staff are usually not very knowledgeable.

Really good Covid measures in place. Click and collect works well. Didn't even have to leave the car.

Very, very slow service. Took nearly 10 minutes to wait to speak to someone for advice. Got good advice and went to buy product but out of stock. Advised to go on line and buy TV.
