This place is handy for me, having family in the area. Beds are comfortable, heating is rationed but adequate and the breakfast is fine. Being just off the A19, there is heavy traffic not far away but the B&B is well shrouded in trees so there is no excessive noise. I stay here whenevr I'm in the area.

The accommodation and service from the host was kust right for a week on business. The room itself was spacious with an en-suite with step in shower and the ambience was quiet. Breakfast offered a full choice including realistic off-menu requests.
This place is no longer open ! Guy that owns it has tried to remove it from Google
