We chose FOCUS partly for their quote, but also because my partner is ex forces, and we felt we'd receive a better standard of service from ex service personnel. We weren't wrong. From start to finish FOCUS were absolutely outstanding. The move was delayed twice due to on going work on the new property and the team took it all in their stride, nothing was any bother for them at any stage. On moving day itself, the van being used was smaller than needed for the job, but necessary as the new house is on a narrow street. 3 round trips and a full day of work later, John and Ryan had gone above and beyond our expectations. Absolutely cracking set of lads and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use FOCUS again. Thank you again for making a stressful event go as smoothly as it did.

Being ex forces myself I was glad to find a company that was founded by two ex forces personnel. Daniel and Parmo arrived, well turned out. They were not ex forces themselves but I was impressed by their attitude from the word go. They loaded my bits and pieces very carefully. I only moved three miles away and at the other end they offloaded my items with the same due care and attention, nothing was too much trouble. Courteous and professional all the way through, I definitely would recommend this company, many thanks.

Fiasco! Totally UNFOCUSED!! The business could be called this, instead of Focus. What a disaster! Lazy, slow, rude, disorganised, unwilling, late, poor attitude, damaged property, understaffed, left client in the lurch. 'Nuff said.
