Really helpful and knowledgeable staff. I always go to Halfords, Hartlepool, for any car parts such as bulbs, wipers and roof racks or bike maintenance for my children’s bikes. Great service, range of products and value for money.

About 2 months ago we came in store in Halfords in Hartlepool after having some issues with our car seat. As a new mam I was very worried about our baby in the car seat and we were helped by a store colleague called Karen. I lost my receipt and I can't work out online how to do the online feedback, but I wanted to make sure that Karen got some recognition and praise for her amazing service and the help she gave us. She went above and beyond to help us and we walked out with a new car seat and our baby in a significantly better position. I finally got to start driving around on my own and not having to have someone in the back which has made a huge difference to me. My partner and I are both thrilled with the level of customer service we have experienced in Halfords in Hartlepool. Karen was probably the most helpful store assistant I've ever come across since becoming a parent. Thank you
