Called in yesterday . No members of staff on site except for a very disinterested lad on the checkout who was on his mobile when wewent in and when I went to pay..The entrance seemed to look neglected with fancy goods that looked sad. Plants on sale were good and reasonably priced. Believed there was a coffee shop by what id read on line but when asked the lad at the checkout said no we shut it .When asked if there was a toilet we could use he said no and that was that.
