Great products and service from Leader Stores. I have ordered twice and absolutely love the flooring. I was kept informed of the progress of the delivery. The prices are reasonable and i am glad i found this company which offers a huge variety of items for the home. Highly recommended.

I ordered 6 boxes of the Burbank LVT click and after installing realised that there was a big difference in shade. I checked the packaging and saw that 2 of the boxes were from a completely different batch, hence the colour issue. I emailed leader floors immediately about the problem but had no response. I chased them after a few days but now several days later still havent had any comment from them. Product itself is of reasonable quality but it is unacceptable for a single order to come from different batches and customer service has been poor.

I ordered from Leader because it would appear that its quite hard to source louvre doors. But Leader had just what I wanted. The door arrived in good time, but the transit protection/wrapping was woeful. Consisting of some bubble wrap and parcel tape. Sure enough when unwrapped there were two areas of damage rendering the door useless. I took some pics and contacted customer service via email. A guy called John got back to me in a short time and had arranged for a further door to be dispatched without quibble. It arrived by the next working day all intact and was just right. Had Leader improved on the packaging, I am afraid not. But I was in luck with the intact door. John was very good, the dispatch dept needs sorting out I am afraid. Would I use them again, probably but with not high expectations of my goods arriving intact. Though the door I have is just what I wanted.
