I went to Lesley to see if acupuncture would help relieve my chronic headaches. I had 6 sessions and went from having such painful headaches that I needed to constantly take painkillers, to having only minor headaches not needing any pain relief at all. I went without any expectations, not ever having acupuncture before. Lesley talked through the different therapies she provided and allowed me to choose my own treatment. Lesley is a lovely lady and highly professional. I would recommend her and to anyone looking for the benefits of acupuncture.

My main issue was a plantar fascitis and after just one treatment the pain had virtually vanished, had my second last week and I am walking better and for longer. I have just finished a course of Bowen therapy for my stiff & painful shoulder. The power of this therapy is unbelievable- through simple touch & movement the results are amazing! A relaxing treatment also. Would definitely recommend. For me this is a great alternative to having to take regular pain relief, which isn’t without its own side effects.
