10 for a 3 mile journey. ridiculous prices. could go to 23 taxis and get that for half the price. only used these because needed to be home ASAP and 23 were going to be over an hour. not happy at all. won't be using again, they are far too extortionate!

Terrible. Avoid! 15 minutes late. Drove down the totally clear a19 at less than 40mph. Took 40 minutes to get to Middlesbrough. Had to use my own Google maps because he couldn't work a Sat nav. Was annoyed to be leaving Hartlepool although I had told them where I was going on the phone. Rang on to discuss and was fobbed off totally. Missed my test drive for my car. Driver and manager couldn't care less. Would not be using these guys for anything I needed to rely on. Didn't want to leave a bad review - gave a chance to put it right which they didn't take. As a positive the driver was friendly enough and definitely not a creep or anything so if you don't care how long it takes or when they turn up then you'd be fine.

Worst taxi service ever.... Told us taxi was on way to be told they did not have drivers.. very unreliable service avoid at all costs and use 23 taxis
