AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! I have given this 1 star, why? Because I physically can not select Zero stars!!! Where do I start? Promise you the world and agree to meet your every needs... Right up until you exchange... Then they chuck you to the kerb and even kick you whilst you are down!! Complain to the company I hear you say? Well... the company do not care even the managing director ignores your calls and emails. They simply do not care! Floor covering broken, marked walls, dodgy plastering, toilet seats not secured, doors that don’t shut, no optional extras I could go on and on. We were promised all sorts by this company however we never received any of the promises. When we have questioned these promise? We have been called “Liars” by Mark (site manager) and Joanne (sales office) Both point blank called us liars to our faces despite us having the evidence to back up such promises. You only have to read through the comments to back up that I’m not making this up! There is a common theme here from ‘customers’ Majority of the woodwork/ painting needs redoing as quite frankly it is half At&ed! The house was handed over to us in a dirty state! No warranty pack even given to us despite the building having a “10 year guarantee”. Just to explain how poor their customer service is... Joanne now walks past people she has sold houses to without even a hello or any eye contact! If that doesn’t speak volumes then what does? If you come down to the site to view a house, speak to your potential neighbours! I’m sure everyone will tell you the truth. I know every company has their flaws, but this company is flawed from the top down. A despicable company who you do not want to do business with ‘FACT’ Take my device and run away from any potential house purchase! You do not need this horrible “SMALL” company of your life!

Put our house up for sale based on a price given by Elaine 279,950 agreed at dalton piercy development (3 people heard the price given). The day the house went up for sale developer increased the price by 20k. The house we were interested is now over 300k. Apparently we all mistook her pricing? What an utter waste of time. Shambles of a company. Do not buy a house from wynyard homes. God knows what you will end up paying. Shame I can't leave zero stars.

BAD COMPANY We live nearby to a new build site in Dalton Piercy. We have never come across such an unprofessional company to deal with. Site Manager is rude, aggressive and threatening if you have to mention any problems to him. You get the same attitude when you contact the office. I would think that you would get the same response if you bought a house from them and had issues. I only gave 1 star because I had to to do this post.

Bought a home at the liberty park site have had a few problems that have been bodged and will do but have major problem with the main room and have been fighting with them for 3 years despite independent surveyor telling them they were wrong how they built it they still won't fix it trying to bodge and just making the situation worse. Several houses have got major building issues and you have to fight to get anything repaired some houses unable to use toilets as parts are missing.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! If I could give no stars I would!! They all great until you move into your house and you start seeing all the problems with your house. From flooring not being put down properly, toilets not being bolted down to leaks coming through the roof and drains getting blocked. When you approach the builder and site manager they quick to send someone round who then promises to come back and fix it and then you never see them again! Sales office woman is useless when you go to her with a problem and half the time doesn't pass your issues along to the builders. So they say! And site manager tells you your lying and that someone has been to your house, even though you have sat in all day waiting. They to busy throwing up houses to deal with all the other problems that they have already created!!
