We've had great experiences with Rob and his crew. We've hired Rob for several projects at our house. I have peace of mind knowing I can call him any time and he will fix the problem. He has fixed things other contractors have not figured out or didn't really fix. We have more projects for Rob and his crew to do for us.

Rob and his team installed a drainage system in my yard. I wasn't completely happy with the amount of drainage occurring initially, and Rob said no problem and came out on a weekend and fixed the issues without complaint. Timely, efficient, and professional. I'd hire IC restorations anytime. In fact I'm hiring them again to finish my basement. The same basement that they successfully prevented water from entering. Rob's team is really fast and does quality work. I've been burned with some local businesses, but Rob makes you feel like he's out for more than the bottom line. He actually has integrity, and he puts up with my constant questions. He will make sure you're satisfied before he leaves a project. Which is why I won't hesitate to hire him again and again. I highly recommend IC Restorations to anyone who wants the job done right.
IC restoration does the worst work I've seen. crews are having to come back in and fix everything they did. The asphalt is so lumpy and bumpy. Raised and dipped multiple inches all over the driveway. Created and left a giant water hole in the yard. They left Piles of gravel everywhere in the yard. Put the wrong garage doors on. We're informed they're wrong and kept putting them on. The siding is loose in many places and missing the drip edge on half of the house. Didn't paint the Sheetrock in the garage that they were supposed to and all of the Sheetrock tape is the falling off from barely got being puttied. They left many holes and gaps in the house that they didn't bother to caulk. And personally the worst rock work I've over seen and I'm a brick and rock Mason. They left gaps an inch anand a half tall across the whole garage where they didn't butt up to the siding.
