I’ve only been to one appointment here so far and the experience has been great! It is a nice and clean place. All of the staff is professional and helpful. Recently, I was seeing a different Doctor and no progress were made for over 6 months. Now, I feel like I have some real hope. Thank you to all of the staff, especially to Anna Lawler, CRNP, for taking the time to listen to me. This place has done more for me in just one visit versus my previous experience.

Very disappointed. The receptionist, after consulting with staff, refused service for my scheduled appointment because I could not produce a hardcopy BC/BS card. I had already provided all the requested information in advance which, if I'm not mistaken, included my insurance details, and I offered to email pictures (front/back) of the card. I maintain digital copies on my phone. However, I was told I needed to fax a copy of the card (no fax capability in my vehicle) or produce a hardcopy; apparently they haven't signed up for Google email (my speculation). It would seem they would have verified my insurance prior to the appointment but apparently not. I later confirmed with BC/BS of Alabama they recommend vendors not require the actual cards as long as the contract information is otherwise available. Beautiful facility on the inside. If they aren't willing to embrace our digital age (yes, it is upon us), I suspect the new facility will soon be available for rent. Business must be good, though, if they are able to turn away insured patients. Very disappointing.
