Our entire cottage flooring was replaced and a kitchen backsplash tile installed by Hartwell Flooring. The selection and pricing were great. Every staff member we worked with was outstanding. Shout outs to Jennifer, Chad, Heather and the install crew! Thank you all. Every one was positively service oriented. From the time we walked into the door, until their follow-up for minor corrections, we felt that our satisfaction was of utmost importance. We will absolutely use this company again for future tile and floor needs.

Wish I could leave zero stars. Called for a quote, was told they didn't have time. The agent seemed agitated and short tempered. Called back to speak with the manager, was told I was speaking with the owner Heather, and I asked again if I could get a quote. She hung up the phone. I guess they are not interested in new business, very unprofessional!

Chad and Heather were very accommodating and professional to work with. Heather worked her patience with my wife while she was trying to decide on the flooring she wanted. She picked out one and when Heather went to order it, the manufacturer didn't have the quantity to do the job. Back to the drawing board. Heather ordered samples so she could see what another would look like. She finally decided on one that she was happy with. We had just purchased our home and wanted the flooring put down before we moved in. Chad was very accommodating with scheduling the work to be done before we made the move. Chad and his team came in and did a fantastic job. They sent us pictures of the flooring as they were laying it down. It looked great in the pictures and even better when we got here to move in. We love the floors. I highly recommend Hartwell Flooring for all your flooring needs. They are fantastic people and very professional at what they do.

Great prices on carpet and a professional installation. They were extremely helpful getting 4 rooms of carpet installed for us. They were a bit backed up and we were going to have to wait but they had a slot come available across the weekend and got us in sooner than they thought they could. The installation crew did an excellent job.

Very poor communicators at best. Had to call several times to get quote, even though I had product selected, item number, dimensions. Sent photos of the job, simple rectangle vinyl glue down. Received quote from Heather over the phone, specifically asked for bottom line figure. Had to call again, said she would send email quote. When I finally received it, it was 100 MORE. Will not do business with them.
