So I called Monday for an appointment for 7 furr babies. And I show up to the appointment at 5:30 Wed. Seems like am not in the system for that day to the app. So they tell me to come the next day at 9:15am. Whattt why? Not my fault, bad service and system you cant manage. Not fair, honestly! Seems like everyone is ok with am sorry or all reschedule you.
