I took a gold chain in for the catch to be replaced and asked how much it would be i was told 30 which was fine. When I went to collect it the man that served me gave me the chain and when I asked where the broken catch was he said oh we keep that to cover the cost of soldering it. Surely if you are given a price for a new catch that includes all work to attach it. How much gold do they keep back and what do they do with it. To say how much the price of gold is someone is making money from this somewhere. SHAME ON YOU

Absolutely fantastic jewelers. Went to a well known High street store to get my engagement ring made bigger they wanted to cut my engagement ring and told me that I may loose the diamond due to this. Took it to Harvey's and they stretched it no cutting. Honest down to earth and a great service.
