A lovely little campsite situated in two fields with very good size pitches. There’s an on site short dog walk ideal for first thing in the morning and last thing at night toilet breaks. The site has a toilet and shower which was kept clean. The chemical and grey water waste area was well set up making what can sometimes be a difficult job very easy. Each pitch has its own dustbin. Both fields had drinking water filling points. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. The only negative point I would mention is there were what I think were crow scarers going off daily, intermittently throughout our stay. This would only be a problem if you have a dog that is scared by loud bangs.

This is a quiet pleasant site near to Harwich and the ferry terminal. It has electric hook-ups, dog walk, usual waste and recycling facilities and the added bonus of a flush toilet and separate electric shower with a suggested 50p donation for its use. I walked to the interesting and open parish church (100 yards) but simply enjoyed the peace and quiet. Worth a longer visit than our single night.

Steep ramp at the entrance but very well managed and pleasant location. Short journey to the Harwich ferry port. Very convenient. Will definitely return.

Nice little CL campsite. Bit of a slope, but fine. Good toilet and shower. Very handy for Harwich Ferry Port.

We often visit this CL, has shower and toilet. Easy walk to village and shop. Large field, dog walk available. Dovercourt and Harwich nearby and Frinton and Walton in the other direction.

Small CL site, ideal for Harwich ferries. About 15 mins away. Morrisons at ferry terminal. Close mown grass on site and plenty of room.
