I want to extend our sincere appreciation to Cape Destinations including the two wonderful drivers whose names I do not have, for the amazing last-minute service you provided to our company on Sunday. When unforeseen weather conditions forced us to cancel our ferry suddenly, I executed a written plan that while well thought out, had not been used before. In this plan, Cape Destinations is an option for providing shuttle service for our passengers between Woods Hole and the Island Queen parking lots. I called Cape Destinations first and reached Gretchen, your General Manager, who was outstanding. She took all of my information quickly and went straight to work in creating a plan for providing shuttle service to our passengers. Gretchen was a pleasure to work with and the drivers I have been told were wonderful. Thank you and your team for helping us to create a positive experience for nearly 300 passengers whose vacations/time on Martha’s Vineyard might otherwise have turned out very differently. Ferries serving the Cape and the Islands are so fortunate to have a local company such as Cape Destinations, available to assist. I look forward to working with you all again.
What a great experience. I had to go to an event 3 hours away with an associate...neither one of us want to drive! We sat back in the Lincoln Navigator (which was meticulously neat and clean). We all wore our masks and felt 100% safe. Our driver Brian was fantastic. Love, love, love Cape Destinations!
Our driver was professional and on time. We took a private car to logan airport, we were picked up at our door and dropped off right at our terminal. For our return trip our driver was there waiting when our plane landed and dropped us off right at our doorway. No waiting for public transportation, The vehicles were clean and comfortable. Thank you Cape Destinations for a great safe ride.
To coordinate my trip I spoke with the most pleasant and friendly people on the phone. The bus driver, Paul, was so accommodating and helpful to us. We had such a great experience! I will be booking again with them.
