I am very happy customer I went to pick up my vinyl on sunday the staff was all by himself he cut my vinyl and went I paid it on Friday he was very busy and he said sorry for a delay I will be coming back to carpet right in harwich again

Now you have wound me up, I will never ever buy from carpetright again how they are still in business is beyond me. They certainly need to learn a lot about customer relations for a start, no phone calls to keep us updated we had to keep going into store , when we were finally given a date to fit wood floor it was canceled at the last minute due to illness having been told only an hour before the fitter was on his way to the store to collect the materials.I will let you make up your mind there? One very disappointed customer!

Opening times on a Saturday is 9am. It’s now 9.24am and I’m standing outside like a muppet, if Colchester wasn’t so far away I would be off. Very disappointed. Update - Finally opened up just after 9.30am said he had to pop out, no apology what so ever! Harwich branch will never see me again! 1 star is generous in my opinion should be 0!!
