I ordered flowers for my mom for her birthday. The florist made a mistake and sent the wrong flowers, they were beautiful but not what I ordered. I call Magic Flowers and they realized the error and sent my mom the flowers I did order. It was very nice to receive such great customer service and my mom got extra flowers

So disappointed. My boyfriend sent me flowers today and the delivery driver left them sitting unwrapped on my door step in the snow. My number was on the front of my card but I didn’t receive a call. Unfortunately my flowers were frozen solid and so was the vase of water. As soon as I brought them in they began to die.
Sylvia has been so helpful through these crazy times of planning my wedding. My fiancé and I had to postpone our wedding but still got married today in a small ceremony.
