Traditional, certified Taekwondo instruction from/overseen by Kukkiwon-certified masters, high-level practitioners, and instructors. I've been training with Master Ong on and off for about 15 years (at the time of this review) starting as a young teen and he's the best. Master Ong and his Taekwondo programs gave me tremendous fitness and discipline which I still apply to my adult life as much as possible.

Great place for the family to learn self defense and get a good workout! Lots of places to take a Taekwondo course but this one is the best!

Best set up. Cleanest and has everything you need. Big gym has stream suna and pool hot tub
