Sivananday Yogshala is one of the best yoga centers in India. The trainers are really friendly and always encourage us to workout better.The instructions given by trainers are very clearly while doing the asanas. There are a variety of asanas and exercises done everday. The teachers are very polite and always try to give pleasure feeling with yoga. It is one the best yoga centers and I would recommended to everyone to be part of this center...
