Faulty online system but even more AWFUL customer service! Ordered online and for some unknown reason the system sends my order to this branch. There is no way to cancel or redirect the order online so I phoned this store the very next minute the order was placed when the tracker indicated it will be ready at this store. The staff resolutes from ‘we haven’t got this order’ to ‘it’s already been in the oven’ within the span of that 2 minute phone conversation. Instead of trying to work with you to avoid food wastage and resolve the problem, they arrogantly insist nothing can be done so I was to either collect my order from 300 miles away or not. Needless to say, they refused to cancel the order and issue me a full refund. Contacting dominos online is just as useless and will not achieve anything as both ends refuse to deal with the issue and are more interested in the keeping the money paid than have any reputable or helpful service. So.. BEWARE if you are using their faulty online system as it doesn’t confirm where your placing your order upon check out. And you definitely will not be getting it back if you fall into their trap. This will be the last time I give my money to Dominos Haslemere or any Dominos store for that matter as they lack the skill and personnel to deal with issues that arise.

Why have you stopped doing Apple Pay!?? I’m not putting my card details into your app. Very disappointing. Customer lost.. make it easy to take payment not hard! 1. You've stopped to / don’t take Apple Pay. 2. You don’t take phone orders or payment. 3. You don’t take cash. Am I to clean the pizza boxes as payment for a bloody pizza?? Who makes these rules up! It’s a joke! Make it easy for the customer! #customerLost I spent way to much anyway because it was easy so you done me a favour, My average order was 29 four times a month sometimes double if friends came around. So that’s 1,392 per year at least gone. As we are headed into a recession maybe you should rethink your “cash is king” mindset.

Just ordered a pizza online from the midlands and the website sent my order to Heslemere store and I am 100miles away. The store in the midlands went threw the process and agreed there is a problem with the site and to call Haslemere they will refund your card. They say the policy states they can refund my money. This store in Haslemere refuse and tell me to go complain online rather than refund my card. Poor customer service and attitude when asked for help. Cheers
