Quite often find that the receptionists are unfriendly and cut me off mid-sentence. I have even experienced this with some of the nurses. Very odd. I presume this happens when they are having a bad/busy day, but I often have to pander to them quite a lot to get a positive response. It would be great if the staff could improve their interpersonal skills because their bluntness and initial hostility are off-putting. The young receptionist is lovely, however, as are most of the GPs. Just a few oddballs who make phoning/visiting an unpleasant experience overall.

I was there when I crack my back. Ladies in reception was very nice and helpfull. I didnt have to wait too long for doctor who also treat me good way. Just what was little shock for me that they try to give paracetamol for every thing ... Oh and lady in pharmacy do very great job!!
