Let us down for airport trip; both out and back. Never been let down both ways before. Promised to compensate us but now find that they are no longer answering.... appalling

If you don't want to be picked up, or you want to be late then use 3 Counties. Booked a taxi a day in advance to get to the airport and no show... 2 hours later writing this review, still no response. Called to find out where taxi was and they couldn't be bothered to pick up the phone so we could not get hold of them to find out what was going on. Had to book a taxi with another company to get rushed to the airport at last minute. AVOID AT ALL COSTS as this is not the first time they have disappointed us.
