Anna is such an inspiration... not just in her teaching approach, but her take on life. She is down to earth, understanding and above all else, goes out of her way to insure you really get the most from every class! Yoga is great a great form of exercise, as well as generally being great for you're wellbeing! She pushes you hard but then brings you down into a super relaxed state. Would highly recommend her classes to everyone.

I would like to highly recommend Anna and her yoga classes. I started mum and baby yoga when my daughter was 10 weeks old. Anna was fab, she made us feel very welcome, introducing yoga in a positive, reflective and meditative way. I thoroughly enjoyed the classes, they are a fantastic way of bonding with baby through stretching and massage, and getting in some exercise for yourself. I also met some great new mummies and their gorgeous babies too! I "graduated" mum and baby sessions and I immediately signed up to Anna's evening class. I wasn't disappointed. Anna sets the studio up in a way that feels relaxing and calm, it feels as though you are in a little haven. The classes work through the entire body, building core strength, stretching and increasing flexibility. Anna teaches the postures in a way that is easy to follow and can be understood by all, she is great at guiding you through which muscles should be contracting and stretching. Before you realise it, you have worked out your entire body and you are calming your mind, learning to acknowledge your racing thoughts and learning to relax. I love the sessions and always leave feeling upbeat and invigorated.
Anna's classes are my weekly "me time", I look forward to then and enjoy them immensely. An amazing balance of physical demand and complete relaxation. I ache the next day, my body is more toned, more subtle... I also have a calm, tranquil and more rational look on life and lifestyle as a result of each class. Thank you Anna, you're a pretty amazing lady!! ️
Anna really is such a great teacher. I came into her class feeling a little silly with all the experienced lot and she made it super easy (well of course, enough to make it challenging for each individual for sure) for all abilities. It was such a calming class. Candles are lit and 'you time' is created. Not only does she inspire all to make time for themselves but also has an amazing knowledge on how to live well mentally and physically, making sure you not only excercise, think positively but also eat well. Thank you Anna!
Anna is a wonderful teacher. She makes you feel at ease from the very first class. I really liked how she tailored the class to each individuals needs and capabilities. I would highly recommend her classes.
A great class, yoga that both challenges and nuture's the body after pregnancy. Anna does a short session for baby, which a great way to bond with your little one. An amazing venue that makes you feel like you are at a retreat. Anna is a very encouraging, supportive and friendly yoga teacher, who takes a genuine interest in those attending the sessions. Highly recommended
I have only been to 3 of Anna's classes so far but have been made to feel so welcome and can't express how much I have loved it so far. I have been taught some valuable breathing techniques, really felt like I am doing something good for my body and baby & have loved the relaxation and visualisation at the end. I really feel the class and Anna has helped me already feel more at ease with the prospect of birth and I am actually looking forward to it. The room smells divine too when you get there with lovely candles lit to help you relax. If you are considering going - just do it ! I am so glad I did :) Michelle - Pregnancy Yoga
Anna has helped me become a stronger and better person all round. I have thoroughly enjoyed her classes over the past couple of years and have learnt so much. I always look forward to my next class with her xxx
