Always trying to up sell you even when you call in to LOWER you rates. Also never get answers to questions you ask. At first we love this agency after using them for several years the attention to service was poor. Never tried to help or suggest things to lower your rates.

This is a family run office that is professional, courteous and personable, traits which have become somewhat rare in recent times. I have been with Steve & Cindi for probably over 30 years. I have never shopped their rates or considered investigating other companies for the simple reason I have never been dissatisfied with the personal attention and responsiveness they provide.I have never had an issue getting a call back within an hour and often within minutes, something that's important to me. Emergencies generally happen at inconvenient times, but in the few times I have needed help, someone was there to give it. They have also given me experienced counsel about insurance matters in general. (For example when My wife was knocked down by a neighbor's dog and broke her shoulder.) As my roof needed replacement due to some hail damage Steve Fusco was very helpful as to what type shingles I needed that would also reduce my home insurance cost. Wasn't aware that the right type of shingle could have such an impact on savings. Steve's assistant sent me the required forms and was also very helpful. Being retired any savings is always welcome. Very pleased with the response received from Steve Fusco and Farmers Insurance.
